The 2011 – 2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement between USW Local 9265 and the NYS Public Employees Federation was ratified by both parties. A printed copy of the agreement will be sent to all members. You can also download a PDF version from the Contracts page.
Thanks to all of our members who demonstrated to PEF that we were unified throughout the lengthy negotiations process. Our solidarity made the difference.

USW Local 9265 was well represented at PEF’S 2014 Convention in Niagara Falls, NY;
Nancy Holford, Elaine Carpenter, Danielle Little-Thomson, Andrea Coton and not pictured, but definitely huge part of the Booth Committee, Graphic Designer Mario Bruni.
